In 2019, I started Wesfit with the simple goal of encouraging others to live a fit lifestyle. From that day forward I have stopped at nothing to create the most original, pure and effective formulas in the fitness game.

Hello, my name is Patricia, founder of Wesfit. Wesfit is where fitness meets lifestyle. The name, Wesfit originated from my late father, Wesley Gamble, to who I was very close. My dad always made me feel protected and brought comfort to my life as I was growing up. I didn't expect to lose my father at such a young age due to health issues. He is now my angel, which is why our logo has a wing. The wing stands for protection and guardian, which I always had with my dad.

Because of him, I am now a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping everyone reach their ultimate fitness potential by making better lifestyle choices. Thank you for making Wesfit your one-stop shop for all things fitness.
